the features look great but works terribly

luv the look of the purse and i get a lot of compliments but,the lock on the does not stay locked you can be walking and look down and it is open with your things falling out and their isn't enough arm space to make it comfortable while you carry it,i bought this purse as my chris/birthday,presnt and won't buy another unless this is corrected
